※ Even for the same person, progress can vary depending on skin condition, pigment type/depth, and UV exposure.
In short: for this type, you need to assess both the “background + focal points.”
Freckles and dark spots often come as a mix of a diffuse “background tone” across the face and darker, dot-like focal pigment. That’s why treatment is usually planned by refining the overall tone with toning, then adding spot treatment where needed—adjusting as you go.
Aftercare (just 3 lines)
Pause harsh exfoliation (scrubs, peeling pads, high-strength AHA/BHA, retinol) for 1–2 weeks.
Stay consistent with moisturizing + sun protection for a much more stable recovery. If scabs or peeling appear, do not pick or peel them off.
※ After treatment, temporary redness, stinging, dryness, flaking, and swelling may occur. If spot treatment is included, scabbing or temporary darkening (PIH) can also appear. If symptoms are severe, or if blisters, oozing, or persistent/worsening pain occurs, an in-clinic check is recommended.
